How don't report a review of the World Expò occured in august 2000 in Glasgow ?

The crew of the C.M.T. that have partecipated to the event was composed by: Pier Andrea Ferro, Dario Caraglio, Paolo Galanti, Max Ferri e Franco Orsogna.

What we can say of the models in context.... we never see so many figures of this quality!!!! Maybe, a disappointment, the low partecipation to the Ordnance category. We have counted no more than 50 models....

Will follow some pictures of the models presented to the shows: only some pictures because the models were about 1000!

We start with the two Best of Show, assigned at ex-equo to the Cannone Brothers with the diorama Battaglia Sforzesca  and to Adrian Bay with Roman Centurion.

Here an entire section dedicated to the russian modellers.
Some details of these fantastic models.
Two great snapshots of the flat figures exposed by Mike Taylor

The twins belong to the compostion entitled "Alice in the wonderlan".

A realistic diorama prepared by the spanish team that colaborate with the magazine Todo Modellismo. Just a curiosity: the diorama is made with six hands!!!
An american military tractor that have partecipeted into the "Ordnance" category .

Another flat figure of the standard category.

This diorama was made by Livingstone, and is a representation of a tight spot during the I world war.

An unusual scene, a running cheetah in Africa that follow the meal....a gazelle.

Two bust of western subject.

A set of indonesian native: all the models were scratch-builted.

Three cavalryman, two of wich of western subject.

Gengis Khan: a bust with an exceptional painture.

The detail of the diorama show two german soldiers of the II World War during the climb of an iron bridge..
